 As a licensed social worker with a passion for mental health, I

bring a wealth of experience to my practice.

 

I have dedicated my career to supporting veterans facing challenges with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, as well as providing care in acute hospital settings.

 

My background has equipped me with the skills to navigate complex emotional landscapes and to offer compassionate support tailored to individual needs.

Additionally, my experience with the dementia population has deepened my understanding of the importance of empathy and validation in therapeutic settings.

 I am excited to embark on this journey as a therapist, hopefully YOUR therapist and

commit to creating a safe space where every client feels heard and valued.

I believe that every person’s experience is unique, and I strive to empower individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions,

fostering healing and resilience along the way.

When I’m not working I am trying new recipes to cook or spending time with my large family!

Over the past 5 years we have welcomed/waiting to welcome 10 new babies!
