I have over 15 years of experience facilitating healing with individuals facing a variety of disruptions in life including health crisis, life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and trauma.

My goal is to walk along side you with understanding that you are the expert in your own life. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, creating a warm and non-judgmental space for you to freely express your thoughts and feelings. I have helped people find their inner strength and courage to make the adjustments necessary to greatly improve their lives.
