Owner

My Name is Kelly Richter, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional

I’d Like to Welcome you to your healing journey.

I know that making the decision to seek help is a difficult one. But you have already taken the first step because you are here.

I truly believe that the most courageous thing we can do as people is letting ourselves be seen & heard.

On the other side of that true vulnerability (and a little bit of stepping outside your comfort zone )is the best version of YOU.

I want to create  a place for your voice and feelings to take up space, to not carry the weight alone and to know that YOU DESERVE HAPPINESS !

I specialize in Trauma, Grief, Anxiety , Depression & Personality Disorders. I believe that learning how to feel safe inside our bodies is so essential to healing after a trauma or loss.

I know this first hand, and am here to tell you healing is a  P R O C E S S.

Some days it feels easy, some days it feels messy. Some days you forget, some days you can't.

I GET IT.

& YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

I believe the way we create meaning out of our own experiences can either encourage or inhibit our overall well-being, growth potential, and sense of inner peace.

I like to focus on  helping people become more in tune with their authentic selves while unraveling behaviors and thoughts that no longer serve us!

I understand that the healing process can sometimes hurt more than the initial wound and I believe it is empowering to have someone by your side who will respect, accept, and appreciate you in all your forms while you gain and practice using tools to heal yourself.

My intention is to be that person for you.

Specialization :  Adults, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Couples Therapy &  IFS Therapy.
