Hi! My name is Nicole,

I am a compassionate therapist who specializes in helping people navigate anxiety, depression and life changes. 

In my almost 10 years of experience, I understand how overwhelming these feelings can be and I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients. 

Holding both a Bachelors and Masters degree from Loyola University - Chicago, as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state of IL, I use a blend of practical tools and relatable conversations to help clients find their way through tough times. 

 

I believe in the importance of understanding each person's unique story and works alongside clients to develop strategies that resonate with them.   

I am also a mom who understands the importance of maintaining a genuine and relatable approach.

I values authenticity ( lets keep things REAL) and strive to create a therapeutic environment that is both supportive and empowering.
