My name is Stephanie Garuckas.

          I am a Licensed Social Worker and I am so excited

          to be working with you through your healing journey!

 

My experience as a licensed social worker includes inpatient care and partial hospitalization programs that were focused on helping individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, life transitions, and providing DBT skills.

 

I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that is tailored to your individual needs. Let's work together to create positive change in your life and help you become the best version of yourself. I want you to know that it's okay to ask for help and to take care of your mental health. You deserve to heal. You deserve to live a happy and fulfilling life, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

I am listening to music and watching or reading a good thriller.

I love to find a new recipe to make and always enjoy going to coffee shops.

I love to travel and being outdoors.

Bowling has always been a favorite hobby of mine since I was a child.

I always enjoy spending time with loved ones and
